Initiate Request
Log into your account and select the 'Return' option next to your order, or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Our technical team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Secure Packaging
Place the product, including all mounting hardware, fans, and thermal paste, back into its original box to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
